1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the AXN website (axn-website.onrender.com), run by AXN – Advanced X Network. By using the website or creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the website.
2. What the website is for
The website tells you about our services and lets you send us project requests, create an account, follow your requests and message our team.
Any actual work (for example building a website or software) is covered by a separate written quote or agreement between you and us. If that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement applies.
3. Your account
- Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- Tell us straight away at advanced.x.network@gmail.com if you think someone else has used your account.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to misuse the website.
4. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, or use the website to harm others
- send spam, or false or misleading requests
- try to get into accounts or parts of the website you're not allowed to, or to break, overload or test the security of the website without our written permission
- use bots or automated tools to create accounts or send requests
- upload or send anything harmful, offensive, or that you don't have the right to share
5. Quotes and projects
Sending a request does not create a contract. Prices, timelines, deliverables and payment terms are only agreed when we both accept a written quote or agreement. We may decline any request.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its design, text, logo and the AXN name belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.
You keep ownership of the information and files you send us, and you let us use them to answer your request and provide our services. Ownership of work we create for you is set out in your project agreement.
7. No guarantees
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we provide it "as is". Information on the website is general and may change. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of errors.
8. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Links to other websites
The website may link to other websites, such as our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, the new terms apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where AXN – Advanced X Network is established, and its courts will deal with any disputes.
